Signature Policy
In order to purchase from wineking.com, you must be of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older). In addition, the person receiving the package must be at least 21 years of age, and a signature is REQUIRED upon delivery. It is suggested that you use an accurate business or residence shipping address and make certain someone is available to receive the package to ensure the best service.
Delivery Attempt It is the customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If subsequent delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to our store. Wine King will not refund any shipping charges if your package is returned to us because no one was able to receive the package, or the person receiving the package was under the legal drinking age.
Refund Policy
Wine King is dedicated to providing the best customer service. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by phone (732-528-7777) or email Katie. If you are returning an order as a result of our error, you will be fully refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges. If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit of up to 85% of the product cost minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees. Any orders or problems must be completed within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you suspect a bottle is corked, or unacceptable, re-send the bottle with the cork, receipt, and bottle contents intact. We kindly ask that you DO NOT EMPTY THE BOTTLE! It is our policy to not accept or refund empty wine bottles.

For your convenience, we provide the option of placing your order over the phone. Please fill out the appropriate form located on wineking.com and make sure to provide accurate address and credit card information. Note: We do require a signature and security code.
We offer 5 FedEx shipping options: • FEDEX GROUND: Delivery to all Business addresses between 9:00AM – 5:00PM. Approximately 2-5 business days in transit. • FEDEX HOME DELIVERY: Delivery to all Home addresses • FEDEX HOME DELIVERY EVENING: Special delivery to all Home addresses between 5:00PM – 8:00PM • FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER: Delivery within 3 business days excluding holidays & weekends • FEDEX SECOND DAY: Delivery within 2 business days excluding holidays & weekends
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Wine King is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed.
To ensure your wine is handled and stored properly, we ship wine Monday through Thursday. The Wine King would prefer not to have your wine sitting in a hot warehouse all weekend. We would be more than happy to arrange a Friday or Saturday shipment, but please note the increase in price.
Many states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area. We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montanta, Oklahoma, Penssylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington State, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
